Q: What times are you available to help me?
A
: Our schedule is based around you, for the most part.  Most of our calls are handled between 8am and 8pm.  We are also available around-the-clock for emergencies. Call us to get service now or to schedule an appointment!

Q: How soon can you come to our site?
A: Generally we can be at your site within 24 hours, lots of times the same day.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A
: We accept all forms of payment.  Cash. Check. Credit Card.  (Terms available upon request for long-term service contracts.)

Q: Can you perform routine administration and/or maintenance?
A
: Yes, we can arrange to come in weekly, monthly, or at an interval that you choose to check the status of your network and/or PCs, add or remove users, check virus definitions, check backup logs, etc. Routine maintenance is highly recommended.

Q: What kind of rate structure do you follow?
A
: We use an hourly rate structure. We will accept retainers, but feel it is a better use of your money to pay us for the actual hours of work performed. Upon request, we will provide estimates, but given the nature of computers, and your unique environment, actual times may vary.

Q: What do you do with the computers donated for charity?
A
: We check them over to make sure they are functioning, don't have viruses, and remove any personal data that we find. If necessary they are reloaded and minor repairs performed. Then they are donated to charities that we have contacts with. The PCs can be donated to a charity of your choice as long as they meet the charity's minimum requirements for donation.
